Success-Based Fee Structure
Our compensation is entirely success-based. We charge no retainer, no upfront fees, and no monthly advisory costs. Gibson Watts is remunerated exclusively upon successful completion of capital raising transactions facilitated through our introductions.
Fee Schedule
Introduction outcome fees are tiered based on transaction size, ranging from 2.0% to 5.0% on capital raised. Fees apply upon completion of financing within 18 months of any Gibson Watts introduction, with rates declining as transaction size increases.
Non-Exclusive Engagement
Companies retain full discretion to engage with other financial advisors, placement agents, or fundraising entities concurrently with our services.
