Case Study:
Strategic Talent Acquisition
Gibson Watts partnered with a global sustainable materials business to support their radical polymerisation research efforts within the research team in Italy. The challenge was to identify and recruit two Lab Technicians, two Senior Research Engineers and a Process Design Engineer with a specialized skill set in radical polymerisation. Given the niche nature of the role, our approach required a strategic and research-driven talent acquisition process.
